Oct. 9th, 2018 09:02 am"Anger" is a word often included in translations of Buddhist lists of defilements and other bad things, but it's not really a great translation of the actual word, which is better rendered as "hostility". And I don't think that's just a pedantic point about the accuracy of translations, but something to take into practice, and see that it's not really the anger itself that's problematic as it is unwarranted hostility resulting from the anger.
